We're looking for motivated salespeople who can contact local businesses, explain the value of a real web presence, and help close new website clients.
The role
Sales reps will be responsible for:
- Cold calling small businesses and local companies
- Explaining Hulsey Creative Co.'s website and Google visibility services
- Documenting call notes clearly in the CRM
- Scheduling follow-up calls using Google Calendar
- Keeping track of leads, callbacks, and sales progress
- Communicating professionally with business owners
This is a sales-focused role. Applicants should be comfortable talking to business owners, handling rejection, following up consistently, and keeping accurate notes.
Compensation & Work Structure
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
- Compensation is commission-only. There is no hourly pay or salary.
- Sales reps are free to work as many or as few leads as they choose.
- No minimum required hours
- No minimum required leads
- No maximum cap on earnings
- Flexible work schedule
Best suited for self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently, following up with leads consistently, and earning based on performance.
Important
This is a performance-based contractor role. Income depends entirely on sales performance and follow-up consistency.
