The existing 3% credit-card processing fee applies to eligible dealer credit-card payments.

Implementation covers applicable dealership branding and website configuration, inventory-system configuration, included inventory or data migration, CRM connection and configuration, pipelines and workflows, staff accounts, roles and salesperson assignment, AI receptionist training, chatbot configuration, phone, appointment and lead-routing setup, testing, and launch preparation.

Every dealership package requires a minimum six-month service agreement. Implementation payments become nonrefundable after work begins, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.

Third-party subscriptions, advertising expenses, phone usage, SMS usage, AI overages, inventory-provider fees, DMS fees, and outside integration charges are not automatically included. Applicable costs are disclosed and quoted separately; no third-party price is assumed.

Financing is handled entirely by the dealer’s own lender or financing provider through a secure external link. Hulsey Creative Co. does not collect, process, or store financing applications or applicant financial information.
